1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SNV Tours & Travels services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons
• A valid booking reference will be provided upon confirmation
• Changes to bookings may incur additional charges

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as per agreed terms
• We accept cash, card payments, and online transfers
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or modifications

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: You may cancel any time up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, free of charge. Your advance payment is refunded in full.
• Late cancellation: If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, the advance amount (20% of the total fare) is non-refundable and is forfeited. Any amount paid above the advance is refunded.
• After dispatch: If the vehicle has already been dispatched, cancellation requires approval by our team. If approved, a base charge (as per the vehicle's tariff) is payable — payable in the app or to the driver — and any balance is refunded. If not approved, the matter is settled with our support team by phone.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method.

5. Vehicle and Driver

• We provide well-maintained vehicles with experienced drivers
• Vehicles are regularly serviced and meet safety standards
• Drivers are licensed and trained professionals
• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher category

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be present at the pickup location on time
• Smoking and alcohol consumption in vehicles is prohibited
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
• Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger

7. Liability and Insurance

• Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Passengers travel at their own risk
• We recommend passengers have their own travel insurance

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
